Russell Gartz has been in the professional fundraising and school leadership space since 1993. Working at schools across the US, he has raised millions of dollars, led diverse teams, and worked with a cast of Presidents. At On the MARC Consulting, Russell specializes in transforming leadership habits and cultivating winning cultures within organizations. Focusing on executive coaching and strategy, he's honed a stakeholder-centered approach that propels executives, their teams, and their boards toward synchronicity and success.
Leveraging personal experience, formal training, and a warrior personality that takes pride in helping others improve, Russell collaborates with leaders to become better for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. His efforts have consistently fostered growth, alignment with strategic goals, and reduced workplace drama, ultimately enhancing team performance and connection.
My Coaching Style
My style is based on listening and feedback. There is no magic. Just feedback that we grow from based on the traits you want to improve. I coach clients through the stages of identification and specification, then grind through the challenges, receiving up-to-date feedback on a regular basis.
