Executive/Leadership Team  Coaching

Our process provides the leader with the skills to effectively lead a diverse workforce in an increasingly global and complex business environment. This coaching process is tailored to meet each participant’s unique needs and challenges and includes the development of a specific action plan to positively affect change.

 

Our six-month coaching process is specifically designed for leaders at the executive, director, or senior-manager level that helps prepare the next challenge. The process engages the participant in a comprehensive exploration of career aspirations, personal style and the impact the leader has on the organization. This one-on-one process is tailored to meet the participant’s specific needs for growth and provides them with an action plan for leadership excellence.​​

  • 360° process with feedback (8-12 individuals)

  • Instructional and skills-building coaching sessions

  • Creation of a Career Growth Plan

  • Development of a Stakeholder Analysis

  • Ongoing access to a coach for troubleshooting leadership situations

  • Evaluation of key relationships

  • Meeting with their leader to review goals, action steps, and outcome

The Growth Opportunity Leadership Forum (G.O.L.F.) is a unique leadership development experience that combines professional growth with golf, empowering women to build confidence, strengthen executive presence, expand their professional network, and develop practical leadership skills in an engaging, supportive environment.

 

Whether you’re new to golf or looking to become more comfortable in business golf settings, G.O.L.F. provides the tools, confidence, and connections to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Why G.O.L.F.?

 

​Unlike a traditional leadership course or golf clinic, G.O.L.F. combines executive development with experiential learning. Each session blends leadership concepts with golf instruction, allowing participants to practice communication, confidence, resilience, and relationship-building in a real-world setting. Golf becomes more than a sport—it becomes a platform for leadership, networking, growth, and an activity for life.

*No prior golf experience is required.

Program Details

​

  • Duration: 10 weeks, Wednesdays (August 26 – October 28)

  • Schedule: One session per week (2.5 hours), approximately 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Investment: $1,640 per participant; 10% discount before August 15

    • Includes golf instruction and program materials

    • Participants provide their own golf clubs

  • Class Size: Limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalized experience

  • Location: Golf facilities throughout Monmouth County, NJ

  1. Golf Fundamentals, Equipment, and Terminology

  2. Putting Fundamentals and Green Etiquette

  3. Chipping and the Short Game

  4. Full Swing Fundamentals

  5. Sand Play

  6. Iron Play

  7. Woods and Driving

  8. The Mental Game and Course Management

Program Outcomes 

 

Participants will:

  4. Learn business golf etiquette and confidently participate in golf outings.
